Salting may be automatic, optional or billed per visit depending on the contract. A lower seasonal price can become more expensive if the ice-control terms are not clear up front.

Long drives, narrow access, parked vehicles, steep grades and complex walkways all affect service time. The right quote is the one that matches the actual property rather than an average driveway.
