Snow removal is a capacity business. During a real GTA storm, every contractor is busy at the same time. The difference between dependable service and frantic phone calls is whether your property was already planned into the route.
Our seasonal clients hold a fixed route position from November 15 through April 15. We monitor conditions, dispatch at the contracted trigger and clear the areas included in your agreement without making you call after every snowfall.

What does seasonal snow service cost?
Seasonal snow contracts start at $799 for a standard two-car driveway. Larger driveways, circular drives, estate lots and commercial properties are quoted individually.
What is the service trigger?
Our standard seasonal residential contract uses a 2 cm trigger. We monitor conditions and dispatch based on the contracted route rather than waiting for a phone call.
How quickly will my property be cleared?
Our current seasonal terms target driveway, walkway and front-step clearance within 8 hours after snowfall ends. Storm conditions can affect exact timing, but your route position is fixed for the season.
Is salt included?
Salting and ice control are available on request and applied per visit unless your written agreement includes a different commercial arrangement.
Are there per-storm surcharges?
Not on the standard seasonal residential contract. The seasonal price covers qualifying visits during the contracted season rather than billing by storm.
Can I get priority service?
Priority service can be discussed as a paid upgrade before the contract is signed, subject to route capacity and the clearing window you need.
