When should I book my fall cleanup?
September is ideal for booking. Cleanup work generally runs from mid-October through late November, timed around leaf drop, weather and the property. Mature-canopy routes fill first.
What does a fall cleanup cost?
Fall cleanups start at $299 for a standard property. Larger properties, heavy tree cover, extensive beds and difficult access increase the scope, so those are quoted individually.
Do you haul everything away?
Yes. Full haul-away is part of the cleanup scope. We leave the property clean rather than leaving piles for you to manage.
Does every property need the same cutbacks?
No. Established gardens need judgment. We work around the plant material and the winter presentation rather than cutting everything indiscriminately.
Can you service commercial properties?
Yes. We provide seasonal cleanup for commercial, multi-residential and managed properties across Etobicoke, Mississauga and Oakville.
Can I book snow service at the same time?
Yes. Fall cleanup and seasonal snow can be quoted together. Bundle clients receive priority scheduling and a fixed winter route position.
